Personalisation in action

Behind the scenes

Embroidery is an excellent option if you are looking for a durable finish.

The process gives any garment a professional look, allows for multiple colour designs and is suitable for almost any garment or accessories.

We have a wide range of thread colours available to match your brand image and requirements.

The artwork you provide will be digitised and loaded onto one of our multi-head machines’ computers, then stitched directly onto the product.

Vinyl Printing

There are two main methods when it comes to heat-applied vinyl printing. This first process is perfect for non-intricate, single colour (or 2 colours on larger prints) block designs.

The cutting/plotting machine cuts an outline of the required design onto a roll of vinyl material. The unrequired parts are then removed, leaving behind the required design ready for applying to the product using a heat press machine.

This process requires artworks to be supplied in vector format (EPS or CDR ideally). This format is of a higher resolution, which results in a much sharper/cleaner looking design on the end product.

Multi-coloured Vinyl Printing

This method of vinyl printing is perfect for multi-coloured designs and designs with more intricate detailing or shading.

The machine used in this process prints the design onto a solid vinyl backing, then cuts an outline of the required design’s shape. It is then ready to apply to the garment using a heat press machine, which melts the glue backing of the vinyl deep into the fabric of the product.

As per standard vinyl printing, this process requires artworks to be converted into vector format (EPS or CDR ideally) giving a much sharper/cleaner looking design and end result.

Once again our team are able to convert any type of file so no need to worry if you don’t have the preferred format available.

DTG & Silk Screen Printing

Direct to Garment

DTG printing is a high resolution specialised ink jet process and ideal for detailed multi-coloured designs.

In this process the garment is pre-treated creating a strong bond between the garment fibres and the pigmented ink of the design being printed. This helps to create long-lasting, durable prints on clothing and accessories.

This method is suitable for almost any design and it can be used to produce basic single-colour text designs, or even reproduce photographic images.

Silk Screen Printing

This process is a stencil method of printing where the design is imposed on a screen of ultra fine mesh. The blank areas of the mesh are coated with an impermeable substance, ink is then forced into the design and onto the garment.

One colour is printed at a time and several screens can be used to produce a multi-coloured design if required.
