Due to variation on devices used to view our embroidery and vinyl colour swatches, such as desktops, tablets, mobile screens, the colour that you view may appear different to the colour you receive. It is not possible to guarantee an exact match for the colour you receive to the colour displayed on your screen. If you require an exact pantone match please add this to your order notes and we will make every effort to accommodate this request. If you do not add any note we will assume you are happy with this advice.

Due to variation on devices used to view our products such as desktops, tablets, mobile screens, the colour that you view may appear different to the colour of the garment you receive. It is not possible to guarantee that the colour you perceive as” Royal Blue” from the screen will be the exact shade of royal blue that your garment arrives will be.

In addition just because products have the same colour name e.g” grey” this does not guarantee that the colour “grey” will be the same shade across all the individual garments that we sell. The colour may be affected by a number of factors including but not limited to the material of the garment, the type of dye used to create the garment or the brands interpretation of that colour.

If you are ordering across various brands it is fairly common that the shades of colour across the garments will be slightly different. If you wish to view samples of your items please refer to our FAQS page for more information before ordering.

We will only progress your order upon your artwork approval. Artwork must be approved in writing via email. The garments will be produced as detailed in the artwork approval. The above colour disclaimers apply at all times. Artwork size and spelling will be produced as per the artwork approval so it is important to check it carefully. Once your artwork is approved you will be unable to make any further changes as we will begin the personalisation process. In all methods of personalisation some evidence of this will occasionally occur on the item. This “bruising” as it is most commonly known will usually fade after a few washes. If your items have been embroidered you may see a circular impression which has been left from the hoop used to clamp your garment into the embroidery machines. If your item has been printed you may see a faint impression left from the heat plate. This is standard for this application method and in most cases is not visible but depending on the material of your garment it may be unavoidable e.g. fleece garments will always show a visible imprint where the pressure of the heat plate condenses the fibres.
